Are you on the right 'Most Wanted List?'

There are two types of Most Wanted' lists. 

The first is the dreaded, "Most Wanted List." The second is the always exciting, "MOST wanted List." The same three words with incredibly different meaning.  One says you need to look out for me, and the other one says you need to look FOR me.  We send a message about which list we are on daily it says, avoid me at all costs or come get me at all cost.


  • You are at a networking event and see someone coming toward you who only talks about themselves and will trap you in a long conversation they are on the wrong list. 
  • Someone asks you for a promotion, but you know you will never promote them past their current role because you will not place them in a client facing position…not because they aren't qualified, but because they don't properly represent the company or small business brand.  They are on the wrong list.

I work with executives who never understood why they kept hitting a ceiling. You DESERVE to be recognized for your accomplishments, intelligence, perseverance, passion and qualifications. Is your personal and professional brand hindering your movement?

We have all read the stories of profiling an individual based on their visual brand as it relates to fashion, manners, body language, vocal tone, etiquette and style to name a few. This note is my stimulus package for getting you to explore your own visual image and the list you are placing yourself on at work and at play.  Fashion and style does not define the person, but it sure does place you in a better position to share the incredible person you are.

Quick tip: Check yourself before you wreck yourself.  

Take a moment to look in the mirror before you walk out the door each day.  This means taking an honest look at your visual image and what message it is communicating.  I would love to help you get on the right list. It all begins with you.
